👋🏼 Hello! My name is Malia Nagashiki (she/her), a Chinese and Japanese American from Los Angeles, California. I am a third-year undergraduate at the University of California, Berkeley studying Cognitive Science and Media Studies with a Digital Studies concentration. I have a keen interest in branding, industrial design, marketing, and social media management.
I am a GDC Marketing Intern at ilovecreatives, an Adobe Express Brand Ambassador, VP of Publicity + Advanced Design Team Lead for Innovative Design, and PR/Graphics Chair for NSU at UC Berkeley. Previously, I interned at Yo! Zine as a Marketing Committee Member and taught DESINV98: Graphic Design Principles through UC Berkeley's DeCal Program.
Outside of my design endeavors, you'll likely catch me discovering new matcha spots, creating an excessive amount of curated playlists on Spotify, or playing volleyball with my friends!
